Any thermogenic, or metabolism increasing products out there that work, but DO NOT make you feel like a crack whore on pay day???? I just cant deal with the way eca type products make me feel....Thanks for the help....

i little plug for them i dont work or have anything to do with this company. with that said i have used allot of eca and this stuff works.evan my wife with ms and sleeping allmost 12 to 18 hours a day lost 12 pound. try
 
The NYC that they sell from the Anabolic Fitness store is supposed to make you feel less jittery than ECA.
 
Best stack

The best thermogenic stack, by far, and without side effects, is pyruvate/carnitine/hydroxycitric acid (NOT calcium hydroxycitrate).

Nobody can make this stack together in one supplement due to patent infringement issues, but read this paper yourself:

I downloaded the whole paper and tried it (12g Calcium Pyruvate per day, 4g hydroxycitric acid per day, and 6g of acetyl-L-carnitine per day).

I got so hot that I had to fill up the bathtub with freezing water and jump in to cool off! According to this study everybody was losing tons of fat per week and gaining leaning mass.

I don't really give a damn about the study, because it works for me, and I feel awesome while doing it (have way more energy than usual).

Note that Muscletech's hydroxycut is on the right track (contains both hydroxycitric acid and pyruvate, but not nearly enough), and it doesn't contain the most important ingredient, the carnitine.

That may very well be true, but how much does almost 20 grams of all that shit on a daily basis end up costing you.

Can you give us a little more info on your use of Pyruvate, HCA, ALC combo ie dosing, results, diet?

If you still have it, can you post the complete study??

I've tried 2g of L-Carnitine a day... Did not notice anything.

And the HCA did absolutely nothing. Recent studies showed it really didn't do much if anything for fat loss.

reading the abstract sounds very promising

also found this study while trying to get the full version of above

I have Charge by Labrada doesnt give folks that jittery crack whore feeling. But I dont really notice any sides from straight Ephedrine and Caffeine.
 
efedrine imo is the best thermo. and cheap tool. i dont mind the tweak but those who do may have a problem with it.
