1. IM inject? what about spot injecting into nipple area?
2. if athlete reports no tenderness or pain in nipple, is it a necessary addition to clomid and HcG?
3. prolonged nolva use (as an attempt to erase pre-existing gyno)...any bad SEs? when should you just give up and get cut up?
