three questions on 5mg yellow winny

I been reading all day on the "almighty search" about the winny I have. I have come to the conclusion it might be 5mgs
they are yellow octogons with a line through one side.
yet the more I read the more I found so many post on the same shape and size that I have, yet range from 5mgs up to 50mgs and every thing inbetween?????

first question is

if they are 5mgs, should I take 2 pills every 4 hours if the first pill I take is at 8am?

8-12-4-8-??? end of day at 40mgs ed?

or should I take it only twice a day
once at 8 am @ 20mgs
and again another 20mgs at about mid day (2-3pm)

Second question
I read that many people have had bad hair loss from winny, but will I see those losses since I will only be taking it for about 4 weeks?

Third question
what have you used to help your liver out???
there are so many things that people use, but what would be good for me since I will not be running it for that long of a period?

Split if up at least twice throughout the day. Will you see hair loss in 4 weeks? How should I know? Everyones it different.

take 50mgs a day. 25 mg's in the morning, and 25 mgs in the late afternoon. i am not prone to hairloss, and i lost a decent amount of hair on winny. so i think pretty much no one is exempt from winny hair loss....just some lose a lot more than others. like genarr said, take ALA or R-ALA for the liver. plus it helps out with carb's.

and the decca/sus...this comming Monday

should I start the r-ala/ala the same day I start my winny, or should I Waite until Monday?

may as well get it going right off the bat. make sure you take it with carb heavy meals though....if you didn't already know that.

yeah, winny will whack the wig pretty quick. about growing back naturally....it seems some guys get that and some don't. depends on the individual. its best to take every cream and shampoo you can get your hands on to combat it in the first place though. so you lose as little as possible. i doubt there is a difference between oral and inject as far as the sides. other than with inject you'd get more mg absorbed than an equal amount orally. so techincally the extra winny you get may cause more hair loss.
