Thoughts on Test and Dieting

I guess my only concern was the additional weight from holding water. I, no way, want to feel as if I have gained another 20 pounds. I already feel very bloated.

What I am getting is that if I follow a good diet and cardio, than adding the test and deca will help to gain lean mass while dropping bodyfat. Is this a fair statement?

I honestly think you oughtta wait on gear. You just don't know enough yet. Besides, at that high of a bf% you can lose fat pretty rapidly while hanging on to muscle. And you're coming back from a layoff, so recomposition could be pretty dramatic naturally. Add the gear when you know more and are in a position where it's really tough even w/ solid diet/training to make appreciable progress.

Use this time to get your diet dialed in, drop those "easy" layoff pounds, and research gear more. This ain't a slam, it's just how I feel about it based on the level of q's you're asking.

Thanks you guys, for the awesome advice. I think the best solution is to drop some weight first, then after preparing more any upcoming cycle.
They say muscle has memory right?

Thanks to all for the awesome help.

I too would wait before hitting the juice. It may take you a little longer to get the desired result that you want. In that case, you may have to diet more and more aggressively at which point you would definitely want the aid of AAS to prevent muscle loss. Not to mention, if you haven't lifted in a while I would want to get my body used to handling weights again before throwing AAS into the mix.

Hit it hard for 2 mths naturally, and then reevaluate.

What are your goals? And What kind of dieting approach were you considering?

Test is great for dieting. I won't run a cycle without it. Run the test and deca along with an AI, like Arimidex, and add in Winstrol the last 6-8 weeks. Make sure you're diet is on and you'll be good to go.
