Im only doing site injections now havent touched a glute in weeks. Tri's Bi's delts and quads. I tried combinations of the following deca, winny, liquid d-dol,omna, t-50 and some propionate. All I know is that shooting everyday in a site injection makes it real hard to get a strong workout when everything is sore from the constant injecting. I could do tri's monday, delts tuesday bi's wed. By thursday my arms are really tight so its hard to get a good pump. I havent decided if it all worth it or not yet.
