I've heard to cut water about 3 days out and to start loading carbs 48 hours out.
What are some vets thoughts on this and when you start loading carbs should you start with complex carbs and then switch to dextrose right before show to create insulin spike or how would you approach this? Also with pulling fluids obviously you can't drink nothing for 3 days so how much should you shoot for and should it just be water or would you use lil gatorade for dextrose?

Holmes i thought i sent you a pm on this a few months back?

Don't think that was me bro if you want to I'd appreciate it though

Also you talk about dropping winny day of if your water has been cut why couldn't you drop dbal or drol for a sick pump? I don't bloat much on drol at all and min on dbal when taking 2 gallon water a day anyone have thought on this

Few days back did lil test cause I was carb depleted but not dehydrated so I loaded 70g complex carbs and 125g sugar with only about 15g protein and about 16g fat within 20 min it was unreal how much btr I looked without a pump crazy

Only reason I ask bloke I don't have winny..how could it make you bloat when your dehydrated? I don't understand like if you took 50mg drol 2 hours before were is it gonna get da water?
Also would sauna be helpful in anyway

I have tried and tried this technique over all my contests during the years - but it's so much of a variably, my philosophy has constantly evolved into believing if an athlete is in shape, continuing to hydrate and eat as normal will impart the most predictable and stable muscle fullness possible. My last outing, I didn't restrict water, and the end result was excellent, very encouraging and rewarding on stage.
