Thoughts on creatine

Hey guys I was just wondering what brand of creatine you all use. Im using this shit from wal mart right now that is just entirely too sweet but im a cheap ass so Im gonna finish it. Ideally, I'd like to have something that is unflavored so I can just mix it with my protein, but if it is flavored thats cool as long as it doesnt taste like pure sugar like this shit does. Since Ive cut out almost all my sugar intake, I seem to be hypersensitive to sweets lately. I used to have a huge sweet tooth but now that Ive gotten used to not eating any, this stuff just makes me cringe. Thanks in advance

Buying Supps from Wal-mart. ............................. I would say look into the ingredients, The Sucralose is what is making it sweet . I would also find out the Glycemic load that your product might give you ----based on YOUR diet.

Same here. I've used creatine on and off since the Bill Phillips Phosphagen days. I have always like the good quality standard creatine without the other junk in it. I am now using Ancient Strength and swear by it. I don't seem to have the bloat I always get from creatine and my strength is through the roof.

Just buy some plain creartine monohydrate and mix it with your protein shakes.
