Hmmm... I live in Texas and the "Guidos" here just act like everyone else. The few I've known who are serious about their culture just cook a lot of traditional Italian food (like a friend of mine) but otherwise I would not know they are of Italian decent.

It was good man. And I'm not a huge fan of anchovies or even mushroom, but that ish was good. The beef was tender and thin enough to tear with the fork.
