Well first off I have gained weight, so I must be doin somethin right. Personally, I think I should probably be eating more. Let me know what you think. And maybe add some food in too
Meal 1
3 packets of instant oatmeal or protein pancakes
Workout
52g protein and some glutamine, oh an creatine
Meal 2
either protein pancakes or 2 sandwiches with a full pack of chicken breast ( 30 g protein )
Meal 3
2 cans tuna with FF chesse melted on top
Meal 4
Protein shake 52g
Meal 5
Usually 2-3 chicken breast with a salad W/ FF dressing, or some type of vegetables. And usually some fruit with that. FF cottage cheese also about 1 cup
Meal 6
Sometimes 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
52g protein shake mixed with milk
Im thinking I could probably use a lot of help with this diet, help me if u dare
