I really have a cravings for sweets, chocolate etc..

I am cutting right now and I kindda now that it maybe bad

Any alternatives?

Um...yes, that will not support your goals. But, you are human and sometimes you need to account for annoying little facts such as that...

You can try a cheat meal, where you satisfy your cravings for sweets. OR, if your anything like me, just get RID OF THE SWEETS and tell your body NO, and simply don't eat them.

I don't keep sweets in my house, I told all of my friends and co-workers that I DO NOT EAT crap like that anymore (concequently they would give me large amounts of CRAP if they saw me eating junk)

How hard are you willing to work to achieve your goals? What are you willing to sacrifice? That's really the question you need to ask yourself.....

Is it worth it?

also......

You might want to try protein bars when you have a craving you just cannot control.... I think some of them are better than candy bars :p

Try Met-Rx Bavarian Mint (32g protein), or Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip (25g protein)...quite tasty

For the sweet cravings, what you could use is some sugar free jello with a little bit of cool whip on top. For chocolate, try the protein bars as VDL suggested or sugar free chocolate pudding.

What do you think about his pancake receipe for cutting?
Protein Pancakes

1scoop Protein Powder

6 eggwhites
1/2cup Oatmeal
1bsp splenda
Blend and pour on skillet

Would be bad if I also add some flour?

It's totally yummy and no, you don't need flour. Add some cinnamon and sugar-free syrup, with a bit of cottage cheese maybe.

YUM!

Protein Pancakes

I tried them, couldn't stomach them at all. I'll just eat the oatmeal with a egg white omelet and wash it down with a shake.

This is a follow up for my receipe.

I have one question: Would be OK to have my pancakes with blueberry fillings?

Would be bad for my cutting diet?
Thanks guys(gals)
