Monday - FAILURE ON OHP.. 5/5/5/3/3 last week seemed very easy though ??
Standing Overhead Press 5x5 3 min rest 170
Seated Dumbell Military Press 2x10 2 min rest 45
Close Grip Bench 4x5 3 min rest 175
JM Press 2 x 6 2 min rest 135
4-6 Sets of Ab stuff/superset with grip work
no grip work today
Tuesday - Easy as hell
ATF Squats 5x5 5 min rest 225
Overhead squats 3x5 135
Glute Ham Raise 3 x 5 1 min rest BW
Leg Curl 1x25 65
Thursday - Easy as hell
Flat Bench 5x5 3 min rest 205
5 Board Press 3RM 295
Decline Dumbell Press 3x10 65
Friday -
Deadlift 5x5 4 min rest 290
Snatch 3RM 135 .. too tired
Goodmornings 1 x 6 then 1x3 225/275
2-4 sets of grip work
This week felt pretty solid. Couple more weeks of this 5x5 and then back to WS.
