YES!

I love how Strict the form is, and just under 100% control

it shows us all that Development comes from slow controlled power, not banging around weights with no regard of HOW to lift the weight with actual muscle power

I agree, that is the hardest part, anyone can learn to lift a million pounds over time, but it is even harder to lift lighter weight with perfect slow form, after two months with Omega that is still my challenge, to get the form down picture perfect for all 4 sets.

I do the 2seconds up and 2 seconds down count, but still wonder if I am doing it 100% perfect

and it time it will become second nature

in time the weight you use will be very heavy and muscle will get big because it has no choice:)

so keep increasing the weight once a week ? But while also trying to perfect my form of the 4-5 second rep.

Right now I try to increase the weights like 5lbs each set once per week, and leg days I try to increase by 10lbs once per week.

How long will I be able to keep increasing the weight ? and then what happens when I hit a wall of not being able to handle higher weight, or will that not for a very long time ?
