lol - I don't see the prob at all.
basically they have rules about what ads you can do, they broke the rules. big deal.
there was an artist that reserved certain words and then when they came up, it would put up poetry. he paid for it and all that - no big deal.
he got his stuff blocked too because it didn't follow the terms of the agreement for the ads.
nothing special - googles owns their site, and if you want to have something part of it, you have to follow their rules.
just like when people come on here and whine about getting banned by george and then everyone says "follow the rules" - same thing.
all in all, I find it silly and it is just a marketing ploy anyway.
