This should get me ripped........

Hello everyone! As you can tell I'm new to the board but not new to the game.
I'm 5'10'' 220-230 and bf is avg (not low but not high......I was measured at 9.8% by calipers a few months ago, but of course those are not reliable. I have also done a bulker since then so bf is higher.)
My BIGGEST CONCERN in getting ripped is diet. I know that you can take all the drugs in the world and without a solid diet, you'll never get the results you want. I am currently eating a strict (VERY CLEAN) mod. carb (150-250), mod. protein (250-350), low fat (30-40) diet with one cheat day a week.
Cardio will be done 4-6 times a week in the am on empty stomach or when my glycogen is depleted after a weight workout. I will be weight training 4-5 days a week and really concentrating on going heavy for 6-8 reps and NOT overtraining.

Ok, now that I've got that out of the way here is my supplementation plan:
1-8: 1 g of test enanthate (Quality Vet)
1-6: 50 mg of winstrol a day (Genepharm)
4-10: 40 mg of anavar a day (DL)
2-8: low dose cynomel ramp, never going above 25-50 mcg and tapering down VERY slowly
ECA throughout and possibly yohimburn. MAYBE some clen, but I seriously doubt it. I get better results from ECA as it really helps me control my appetite.
I am open for any suggestions, flames, whatever. I am not totally committed to this cycle so let me hear your opinions. Thanks
 
cycle looks solid bro, what about anti-e's? I've had success with low carb, mod fat, high protein diets, check out the diet boards for more info CKD diets.
 
Calipers are reliable if you use enough points, if they are digital calipers forget it.
 
CHRISOH- Yes, I forgot to mention anything about anti-e's. I will be doing letrozole at 2.5 mgs eod. As far as taking my carbs lower than 150, I just won't do it. Not unless I am dieting to enter a contest. I still would like to put on a few lbs of muscle while shedding the fat on this cycle AND get stronger. I think mod. carbs is the way to go to accomplish this goal. Anytime I go below 150 on carbs my strength goes to total shit and I eat away at muscle mass; that's why I do lots of cardio!

DR. M- they were regular calipers, and yes, you are right about the digitals; they suck!!! I'm actually gonna get in the tank for my next bf reading..........

Without any roids, I melted fat away by: (1) cardio on empty stomach with ECA prior; (2) 2g of HMB with the ECA before the cardio and 1g of HMB after the cardio; (3) creatine AND glutamine. Kept all strength and muscle. So, if you are doing it with roids, you might want to add the HMB, glutamine, and creatine. I think the T3 or Cynomel is unnecessary. It cuts into muscle. I've never used it nor had the need. With the above regimen, I achieved the following stats: 185 lbs. (5'11"), benching 205 11-12 times, squatting 315 10-12 reps and 350 for 6 reps on last set, and wide grip pull-ups 15-18 reps. I had popping veins in my chest, abs, and thighs. Thighs looked amazing -- my pride and joy. That's my input and I hope it helps.
 
With a gram of enanthate, you will want to have some sort of anti-aromatase to cut down on both aromatization and water retention.
