If I'm bulking I usually put olive oil or flax oil in my shakes, and will drizzle olive oil in my rice after it cooks. aside from when I was a fatass a while ago, I don't carry much fat.

Caligirl saw me this weekend, I'm as fat as I'll get anymore. She said I wasn't quite morbidly obese, so I've got that going for me... which is nice.

I take C.L.A. before every meal.
 
I take chromimum and vit b 12 shit works wonders for keeping me lean and i eat about 60 grams of carbs before bed ( 10 min actually)
 
I honestly think people who look to weight loss pills have other issues to work through. Spending your time researching how you can facilitate your laziness jumps out at me. Plus, weight loss pills don't tend to do anywhere near what a solid diet can do - except for like dnp or whatever. They're akin to a lot of the fad muscle-building supps out there in my mind.

Each meal involving chx breasts is 2 breasases. Rice is 1/2 c dry measure. I weigh over 200 lbs at 5'9". I'm not trying to get much bigger.

I take b12 too, and green tea extract before breakfast & lunch. BCAA's 4x/ day too.

Meh. I took metabolife when I was in law school and dropped so much weight that I had to quit taking them. It was effortless. Before I took them I was really stuck on a plateau.
