If I'm bulking I usually put olive oil or flax oil in my shakes, and will drizzle olive oil in my rice after it cooks. aside from when I was a fatass a while ago, I don't carry much fat.
Caligirl saw me this weekend, I'm as fat as I'll get anymore. She said I wasn't quite morbidly obese, so I've got that going for me... which is nice.
