hey bros, if you are cutting calories on a cycle and doing cardio, and eating 2500 cals vs 4000 for bulking, your metabolism should slow right?

so wouldnt this mean i would be alot easier to maintain your muscle, seeing your metabolism has been lowered, and if you eat clean you sould be able to retain most muscle and keep fat off?

am i correct....in saying gains on cutting are easier to keep than after bulking, am i right?

thnx

why would it slow? if your eating less calories and doing cardio your body will burn fat much quicker thus increasing your metabalism. clean diet speeds up the fat burning process everytime and turns your body into a furnace. by clean diet I speak of a high protein, low carbs, low fats with some efa's thrown in. no juice, sugar, dairy, . throw in a fat burner and its incredible what you body will do. also look at bulking diets and how hard it is to digest so much food. that slows down your metabalism but when you eat clean every 2 hours you will be starving.

cutting cycles are hell as its much easier to eat and grow but when you do cut you will look so much better ripped than you ever did bulked and it gives ya a good base to work from. my bodyfat never goes beyond say 10-12% and I have grown year after year but have really never bulked. i think bulking helps for sure to add size but when it comes time to cut that takes balls.
