this machine kills

so i'm doing morning cardio again after some weeks off. after the reaching the 100th floor on this machine dis morn, i was soaked, dripping sweat and about to die....no joke.

I usually drive 10 miles out of the way to go to another gym in this area because they have four of those stair stepper machines at the very front of all the cardio machines. This gym is right next to a local college so the young girls are always up on ths stair stepper. This, and they have a good power rack

Those are a killer. Those are much harder than treadmills and ellipticals.
