America has already given it's answer to dealing with crime and the savages that perpetrate it:
They move out, create their own neighborhoods, and do their damndest to keep this ghetto trash out.
This is how middle class people deal with this shit in LA. They created the "orange county" and u won't find any projects / low-income housing down here.
