As a player, if you are a habitual complainer (see: Rasheed Wallace) you are only hurting yourself and your team because the referees are going to be much more inclined to whistle your whining ass. Same thing with an owner as vocal and visible as Cuban. It's called dumb.

I used to like Cuban, but lately he seems to be falling in with the Dan Snyder, Jerry Jones, George Steinbrenner crowd, in that since he spends the most money, he thinks his team should win, and if the players don't play well enough to win, then the refs (league) should do all they can to make sure his team wins, anyway.

Because if the Mavs don't win, then Mark Cuban gets mad and will bad mouth the league - I guess he thinks that somebody will care. He talks so much garbage that, after a while, it's like crying wolf - now, nobody cares what he says, because he is always saying something.

I don't think he has any credibility any more.
