When you agree with principles of both sides and are alienated by principles of both sides.

I absolutely do not identify with the left. But since I dont care if you wanna get a first tri abortion for any reason, do not believe in god, and dont mind a background check for a handgun, it shifts me left of center. The fact that I'm for exploratory drilling, less regulations on industry, and believe most govt spending is wasteful keeps me from drifting too far left.


When politics are brought up, sometimes I wish I was a bible thumping mad man or a blood sucking leech of the govt so I could have "a side".....
