just a loop movie clip looped probably...scaling a high res image and restarting the loop after the smaller pic was exactly where the bigger pic started...

i found a post the guy made on how he did it

you cant loop that

what he id was enlarge the photo to make it look zoomed, then reduce it back to the way it started

this creates the seemlessness, i still do not get how it looks looped if it isnt
