That was an adult with either an anorexic condition or something else. The tap dancing part, I have no problem with. Although the person is "sick" or has some kind of problem, they don't see themselves as being that way and want to "fit in" with the rest of the world. They happen to tap dance and want to be filmed doing it. I see nothing wrong with it from the dancer's point of view.
