yeah, my dr's office doesn't rx xannies or oxys either,
theres big sign in the waiting room saying you would be referred to a psychiatrist or a pain clinic if you request it

though she did rx the husband a limited amount of oxy after the mc accident but she knew abuse potential was nill and he was effed up
