My girl and I are paying 2 g's for a 1 bedroom here in the bay area-is Maryland alot cheaper-whats the gym and AS scene like there- I gotta get out of here and spend more $$ on juice

I live close to DC on the Virginia side. MD is a lot cheaper. A 1-br can be as little as $750-$850 way out in the 'burbs. Closer in you are talking $900 to $1025. Way out (Loudoun county) you're looking at $1350 for a good 2-br and in the $1750 range for a NICE 2-br closer in...

Salaries are lower, though...SF is at 130% of the National average for salary, DC is at 111%. Still, you have more at the end of the day here...

u have to be careful when u move to md.....there are lots of neighborhoods that have steep rent that are in the fucking hood....both in and around dc and bmore....shoot me an email and I can give ya some specifics as to where to move.

I live in Maryland, I have lived here almost my whole life. WHere are you thinking about moving? THe bay area is kind of beat, why dont u try Montgomery county, alittle expensive but worth it. College park is fun. DC is right around the corner, and Baltimore rent is cheap. THe roid scene at my gym is very Good, Tons of people doing it. Just dont ask anyone for it, unless u know them, there are like 60 cops that lift at my gym so u keep ur mouth shut.

Hey man I live in southern md about 45 min. away from dc 2.5 hours away form ocean city. There are many places that are really reasonable especially for a gym director, I was a sales director at the golds in charles county for a year so I know how that stuff works.
