I am not sure how I feel about the US deporting them back to there country, after committed such crimes, as murder and rape. They should be put to death. I mean if I was to have gone to there County and broke there laws, I would have been killed a.s.a.p.

You're right on the spot girl. Every American tourist usually is ripped off in south america. Scammed with higher prices, insulted in foreign languages. Imagine an American comitting a crime over there. They eat him alive. But when things go the opposite way, if you say something, You're racist.

Sort of.... but do remember the terrible things a very few Americans do when they travel to countries in South America. Did you know there are sex tours that run in Costa Rica? Did you know they have both male *and* female versions of them?

Don't get me wrong... prosecute the illegals doing illegal things. Just remember that just like a handfull of illegal mexicans can give them a bad reputation, a few ugly americans traveling thousands of miles to bend-over some 13 year old costa rican boy doesn't help our reputation either.

They are illegal in costa rica. I was down there about a year ago and there were signs and legal notices plastered everywhere warning foreginers about it.

I'm still pretty sure the tours run bigtime.

Again... I'm definatly a law-and-order kind of guy. I'm one of those mean-spirited republicans, actually. But consider the following:

1) Yes, 12+ million illegal immigrants come in, but the vast majority of them are law-abiding people who just want to clean our toilets, landscape our yard or pick our fruit. They are a source of cheap labor for jobs we don't want to do.

2) It's easy to fall-back on "THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW"... but so are most people who drive to work, because they break the speed limit at some point. Why not install cameras at every intersection... or better yet speed monitors in every car? Then, at the end of the month we can just get our tickets emailed to us and we'd pay up for every infraction. Truth is, some laws are taken more seriously than others. Killing someone is always treated as serious (unless you are the Clintons)... but sneaking over our border to pick cabbage all day is treated like driving 58 in a 55.

3) Finally, there is a rapidly growing population of legal Latinos. In a democracy, one person equals one vote. It's foolish for either party to ignore the fastest growing race in america.

Oh... and i'm not latino either... I'm a heinz-57 European blend!

Whenever I read the news about whats going on in Africa I can't help but think to myself 'bloody savages'. Is it right to offer an opinion on what one dislikes about another race/culture? I don't consider myself a racist but from some peoples point of view by offering a negative opinion on another race they would immediately pigeon hole me as one.
