ok so far i came up with these to stack, to start my hairloss/regrowth battle

finasteride 1mg ed( tab)
minoxidil 5% topical every night
pylosorbate 80 shampoo ever night..

i have no clue on how to apply and when what time of day ect..

CAN someone help?

should i add/delete certain compounds?

Go take a look at my thread..............................just by yours, its a bit old but still gets lotsa hits.

i have 20 dollars left from my paycheck, witch product should i buy first and start? there pretty cheap thats why i would like to get on something NOW for my hair traetment..

i was thinking the midifil stuff first, then next week go all out with products

Well you could buy minoxidil 5% first from Costco's for $5 a piece that could last you a month. Or get Nizoral 1% from Duane Reade, that will cost you $11. That's what i got the second i started shedding, and if nothing it will mentally psych you into thinking that you are doing something and that you are stopping it.

I'm saying that cause i know if you stress it, and stress it badly enough you could shed even more as stress is known to do that. So relax, get some minoxidil, some nizoral 1%, and wait it out until you got more dough then go shopping.

Hey Lenas!! U said Georgie24's suggestion as a hairloss prevention remedy was out of date: "this is a different kind of stack( hair loss/regrowth) (post #1)

I am actually on Nizoral 1% and Propecia. What do u suggest as a new up to date better way to fight hairloss?

What's the polysorbate 80 supposed to do?

Doesn't that increase moisture in the scalp? (that's related to dandruff)

I'd do nizoral.

I think 5% minoxidil work good. At least it did for me. Been using for 7+ years with good results and this is the base of my hair loss protocol. I order the kirkland brand that you can get from Costo for around $5 a bottle. But I go through 2 1/2 bottles in 1 month and I only apply at night.

I also buy minoxidil with Azelic acid and retin-a. I then mix 1/3 of this with 2/3 generic.

The finasteride blocks convertion of one type of 5-alpha reductase but not much of the other. So adding azelic acid you can cut down the DHT in the scalp further.

Since I am getting ready to start a cycle soon, I have topical spirolactone on hand that I will put on after the minoxidil is absorbed. This blocks the action of androgens. The problem is that after a few days of applying spiro your hair/scalp takes on a odor that remains even after shampooing.

Currently, I know of no better hair stack then:

====================================
finasteride 1mg ed (1/4 of a proscar tab tab)

minoxidil 5% + Retinoic Acid + 5% Azelaic acid every night

2% Spironolactone - 15 minutes after applying minoxidil 2 x ED

pylosorbate 80 shampoo everyday (Put it on and leave it in your hair while you shave etc...get ready for you shower - at least 10 minutes - the longer the better. I actually put in on eat breakfast, shave etc....about 20 minutes of soak time daily.)

15% minoxidil + 5% Azelaic acid every morning

Nizoral 2% 2 Times a week

Folligen Cream for any areas that get inflamed. I use it on the crown of my head and my hair line ed to keep my scalp heathly.
====================================

That's it. No herbals or other baldness "cures". This is want my 10+ experience and reseaerch has shown me to be the best regime to keep my hair.

In terms of AAS, the best for those prone to male pattern baldness are:

- Anavar

- Deca (But it is highly surpressive and has other issues for some.)

- Equipoise - Most bros with MPB can use moderate doses - but do not forget your topical Spiro.

- Low to moderate dose (250 - 500 mg per week) Test with 1/2 proscar and Letrozole daily during the cycle and 4-6 weeks after the cycle after which you can go back down to 1/4 a proscar.

Stay away from Winny, Fina, dbol, abombs, etc.... All other orals with the exception of Anavar.

I cannot comment on Primo. No experience. Some say it is okay on the follicles others say stay away. With so much fake out there and the $ I am not going to give it a try anytime some.

Again, deca has some drawbacks, don't venture down a deca cycle uniformed. It can get ugly fast.

One of the safest and fun cycles for those with MPB is a 6-8 week anavar cycle at 40mg or more of var daily.
