I generally have more compassion towards animals (especially dogs) then towards people.
So yes, he should have his head cut off, and they should hold a lottery to determine who gets to do the cutting. I'm in for a buck.

I hope there aren't real "Stats" to it but I use to work as a therapist inside a prison and I had to deal with several criminal psychologist and they will all agree cruelty to animals is only a stepping stone

We talked about this when I took abnormal psych. I don't remember if any stats were given but our professor/doctor told us that a large portion of serial killers started with animals when they were younger. It's a pretty damning indicator that the worst things have yet to come.

I say anyone that kills for pleasure (or vanity) deserves the worst society can unleash upon them. In my view killing for food and self preservation is the only reason to kill.
I'm a total gun nut, but I include trophy hunters in that list of vermin that needs to be dispatched from society.
Do I hold dogs in higher regards than cattle? Yes, but I can let the Asian dog eaters off with a 1 year prison sentence, while the sociopathic sick fuckers that abuse them for pleasure deserve to get what they gave.
