This GSP workout beneficial?

I would go on T-nation, Chad Waterbury has some great MMA specific articles. He highlights that training for strength alone when lifting is the way to go (meaning deadlifts, squats and other compound movements for strength, not endurance); and letting the sport itself take care of the endurance aspect. Remember, you never get off the mat thinking "wow that guy had great endurance"...you think "holy shit that guy was strong".
 
True that man, thanks for the words of advice. I think I'm just going to stick with starting strength or wendlers
