This doesnt seem right!

After being out of the gym for almost 1 month. I have went back this week and I am very dissapoointed and discouraged..

I knew I would loose some weight and strength, but not as much as I have, I went from 5'10 186, to weighing 176, I did chest today which I usually work out with 80-85 pound dumbells un incline only to find out that I was struggling with 65 pounds by the 3rd set...

I have not been on any gear, isnt this a little excesive? While ive been out of the gym ive still managed to keep my calorie and protein intake fairly high, but yet ive still only managed to loose weight, which is even more weird because I have a fairly slow metabolism....

I have gotten a urine blood test and everything came out normal with the exception of Uric Acid which was just undeerneath the normal range.. Is this type of loss normal or might I have some kind of diesiese?
 
yeah, normally after a break of 2 wks I actually get stronger sometimes, loosing 10lbs in a month is kind wierd at those numbers u should easily maintain - and u have a solw metab???? :confused: wish I could help - u been doing a lot of cardio?
 
I think the fact that you lost what you did is reasonable. Strength is lost fast when your not pushing your muscles. A week off shouldnt hurt you but a month will. The weight you lost I cant say. It may be muscle loss seeing that muscle weighs more than fat but I dont really know why you lost the weight.
