This Diet Is Killing Me!!!

HEY GUYS I'M NOT TRYING TO BE A TITTY BABY BUT THIS DIET CRAP IS KILLING ME. I'M EATING EXTREMELY CLEAN. BOILED EGGS, OATMEAL PLAN, CHICKEN BREAST, BROWN RICE, TUNA, CELERY, CARROTS, POTATOES(PLAIN), ETC. THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS I KEEP A HEADACHE AND I'M CONSTANTLY IN A PISS PORE MOOD. I WENT TO MCDONALD'S FOR LUNCH TODAY AND NOW I FEEL FINE. I WONDER IF I AM SUFFERING FROM WITHDRAWALS? CAN SOMEBODY OUT THERE GIVE THIS CANDY ASS SOME ADVICE :insane: :p
 
Seems like you could use some tricks to make your diet more tolerable. Stuff like plain eggs and oatmeal everyday can be brutal. There are ways to spice that stuff up. Post your diet and see what happens.
 
HERE IS WHAT MY DIET LOOKS LIKE:
7/8AM). 4 EGG WHITES, 1 EGG YOLK, 2 CUPS OF COOKED OATMEAL, 1 BANANA OR APPLE
10AM). 5 OZ OF WATER PACKED TUNA, 2 CUPS OF BROWN RICE, 4 STALKS OF CELERY.
2PM). 8OZ OF GROUND BEEF, 2 CUPS OF LENTILS.
6PM). 1 LARGE CHICKEN BREAST, 1 POTATO, AND A BIG HANDLEFUL OF BABY CARROTS.
10PM). 1 LARGE CHICKEN BREAST
 
There are lots of things you could try to vary your menu, but even using these same foods you could:

Add pepper, cliantro, salsa, or tabasco to your eggs.

Add Equal, cinnamon, and/or a few raisins to your oatmeal.

Add chopped celery or salsa or non-fat yogurt to your tuna.

Add spices to your hamburger, top w/salsa (can you tell I like salsa?).

Add spices to your chicken before cooking.

Top your baked potato with non-fat yogurt or, you guessed it, salsa!

I'm sure someone out there could give you some even more creative suggestions.
 
Some suggestions:

Add some salsa, chicken, vegs to your eggs in the am, assuming you cook them.

Add some protein powder to your oatmeal.

Add some canola oil mayo in with your tuna, maybe a tsp per can. The extra fat will help. You can use multi-grain bread instead of the rice if you want to, to make a sandwich.

Marinade your chicken.

Make sure you're drinking a lot of water every day.
