Well, after the last chickie y'all knew I was dating referred to me as a "fucking asshole" on Friday night, I figured that one was pretty much done with. So last night I got this other girl's number who seems to be into me. LOL...she's at least part latina, too, which should seem pretty funny to any of you who followed the "dating correlation thread" in which it was mentioed how different ethnic groups go for different body types. She loves my muscles and it would appear that she wants my junk, but we shall see. Anyway, I told her that due to the fact that I got a DWI (I also threw in the criminal mischief and terroristic threatening part of the story too- you'd think she'd take that as a warning sign ), I could not drive so she would have to. So now I'm going to get picked up and driven around and everything. I do plan on paying, but it will be nice to sit back in the passenger seat. LOL. Do you think she will open the doors for me?

LOL. On my first date, my truck got stolen. So for the next few dates with that girl, she had to drive. It was alittle different. I'm not sure if I opened her drivers door for her or not.

Read my big post about halfway down that thread. To follow up on that part of the story: She came in last Friday with a friend and I was cordial. I was at the door, but it was slow by that time so I talked a little to the two of them- just making jokes and stuff. Then la chiquita made some comment about me being a "fucking asshole"- I can't remember how she led up to it, but I had been all smiles up until then so it's not like we had been scowling at each other or anything. I just smiled and said, "Ya know, you just barely hid the tone of vindictiveness when you said that." She could have backed off at that point, because I was being pretty good natured about the whole thing, but she said something like "No, I wasn't trying to hide my tone at all- I meant it 100%." Well, fuck that. You just don't fucking talk to me like that. I didn't do anything to this chick besides not call her after she bitched at me for no reason. She could have called- she could have called to see if I was OK when I got released from jail for sure, because she knew I was going in. So I just said, "Ooookay then, I'll see you later." and I turned around and started carding people. She left with her friend (who was actually being very nice, I might add, which I thought was pretty cool). I hope she went home and cried. It still would have been better than the punch in the mouth I would have given to a guy that said that to me.

I gotta give the girly props for putting out some effort- I mean, she DID bring me grilled chicken sandwiches a couple of times when I was working here at the library. I lived in the DC area in the summer of '98 and commuted into DC every day for work via the Metro system. No problem.

Here in Arkansas you pretty much have to have a car to get around, even in a university town. If you live within a few blocks of campus, there's a campus bus system or you can walk. Any farther out, and you'd better have some wheels. I'm lucky enough to live about three blocks away from my job, so I can walk to work when I don't have a ride.

I'm rich by no means.
