Hell the picture they even posted of the kid was when he was like 10 or something....The kid did not have a squeaky clean record and there was a reason he was lurking the neighborhood that night. I also believe there was a string of burglary's or vandalism happening during the period...

I didn't see him mention race. You actually brought race into it when you said a person should be tortured to death because he shot a person. We're never going to know what really happened that night. I really do believe Zimmerman was afraid he'd die while he was getting his ass beat, and if he pulled the gun and shot while the beating was going on I think this would be a different story.

The whole thing never should have happened, but Martin physically assaulted the guy. He's not innocent in the whole thing.
The whole case now is to determine whether this was murder or not. There are obviously some facts and pieces of evidence that will place reasonable doubt as to the fact it was murder, and Zimmerman will walk.

I don't know about you guys, but I never show my credentials to walk down a street, and I certainly guarantee you that I would never show them to a neighborhood watch captain or rent-a-cop of any kind. AND if a rent-a-cop did come up on me in what I felt was a threatening manner, I can pretty much guarantee I'd stomp a fucking mudhole in his face too.

Maybe Zimmerman politely asked and Martin flipped out and pummeled him, and maybe Zimmerman played Paul Blart and got a little too threatening with a kid minding his own business.

Trayvon did have a right to walk through there, but him being confronted for whatever reason it was, did not justify the assault that followed.
Also, last time I checked, if someone is beating your ass ,(it's known fact that Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman, he was bleeding when police arrived) you have the right to defend your life if you feel it's in jeopardy.
Trust me bro, I see this as a tragedy, and both sides were in the wrong on some level. I don't know every piece of detail, but from as much as I have read, Zimmerman is going to walk, being found not guilty of murder.

I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure you can't provoke someone and then use a weapon in "self defense" when you get your ass handed to you. But I agree he won't be convicted of murder. He probably should be convicted of voluntary manslaughter, based on what we know, though.

He probably was strapped, and pulled it out while getting beat up.
They paint the picture that he chased him down with the gun ouy, and then cold blood murdered him.
Although we don't actually know, I'm assuming the gun was pulled once it got physical. If you pull a gun on somebody without provocation, and don't pull the trigger, you go to prison. Zimmerman, I doubt, is retarded enough to go running down the street with his piece in his hand, waiving it in some kids face, which kid then had no choice but to defend his life. That seems much less likely.
Here's how I see it escalating. It was not a gun-out confrontation to begin with:
Guy sees kid walking the street, looks out of the ordinary, calls dispatch. Dispatch tells guy that he shouldn't follow kid, guy ignores dispatch, follows kid, guy confronts kid, kid lips off, guy responds, kid gets agitated with good reason, but kid loses his temper and starts whooping guy's ass because guy is being a douche bag, pussy guy gets scared because he's getting beat on, pulls gun and shoots kid.
Whatever happened prior to the assault doesn't matter.
Here's what it comes down to:
If Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman first, then Zimmerman walks.
If it is found that Zimmerman pulled the gun on the kid prior to the scuffle, then Zimmerman is screwed.

It matters in a court of law.
If he pulled the gun only to protect himself after being assaulted, he's justified. Period.
As big of a faggot as Zimmerman was being, there is no legal justification for Trayvon to deliver a beat down...if Trayvon was not threatened with the gun (or physical altercation started by Zimmerman) beforehand.

My guess: They're both at fault. I guarantee as sure as I'm sitting here typing this reply, that Martin would NEVER have been hassled, let alone shot, if he had just politely answered Zimmerman's approach on him. In stead, he escalated it, and so did Zimmerman. Either one of them could have stopped the confrontation before it got out of hand. Neither chose to do that; regardless of color, race, or what kind brand of shaving cream they use. I'm not saying that there isn't racial hatred out there. Sadly there still is, but this, I don't believe, is one of those cases.
As a white male, I guarantee that I WOULD be hassled and possibly shot, if I were walking around in a neighborhood, and an armed man approached me asking what I was doing there, and I responded the way Martin did. At least I would expect to be hassled or shot! People need to wake up and understand how the human mind works, and make mature and intelligent choices when it comes to dealing with other people in all kinds of circumstances.

I read more into the witness accounts. According to the one solid eye witness, he claims that Martin jumped Zimmerman.
I also listened to every 911 phone call including Zimmerman's. He was fairly calm on the phone the entire time, except for when he expressed frustration about guys getting away.
Martin walked toward Zimmerman while he was on the phone, and then suddenly turned and ran away. That was suspicious behavior. It was literally over 2 full minutes after Martin ran, that Zimmerman hung up with dispatch, and then made his way to where Martin ran to.
Now, here's what happened according to the witness, he saw Trayvon jump Zimmerman and start beating his ass. It was nearly 3 minutes of shouting for help and screaming before a shot went off.
Zimmerman was getting his ass whooped for 3 minutes. Trayvon was slamming Zimmerman's back of head into the pavement. And in that situation, 3 minutes is a long time. If you are getting wailed on for 3 minutes, that's more than plenty of time to assume that this guy is NOT going to stop, so he defended his life.

That's what makes no sense.
It makes no sense to think Zimmerman was chasing Trayvon with a gun out from the get-go. If that's the case, there's no way they would fight. If someone has a gun drawn on you, it's not time for heroics.
