But I just want to make everything is in line........

My diet is always 100% clean.......my weight fluctuates 1-3lbs from Monday to Friday but never does anything permanantly........so, I've found my maintenance cals I guess with doing cardio 6x a week first thing in the am. My question is, I kept everything the exact same and added 500mg of test and 30mg of dbol (1-4) would I begin to gain lean mass, or does something need to change. Meaning, do I need to drop the cardio and/or add 500cals a day to see results?

#1 problem is I eat my final meal (due to my schdule/training) literally 5 mins before zonking out. Cottage cheese, peanuts and a shake and I feel like hell if I skip cardio in the am after eating such a big meal..........

#2 problem is my sleep pattern SUCKS! I never hit full ROM...I sleep for 2 hours, then I'm up for a few mins....back to sleep for an hour, up for a few....etc..........

K for help!
 
You need 6-8 Hrs/ of sleep. 2nd You need to eighter drop the cardio or start eating a shitload more callories. Or preferably both!
 
Well as far as the eating right before you go to sleep... this will effect your sleep
because you body is digesting all that food....
and it makes it hard to sleep .... digestion raises your body temp very lightly..
but just enough to keep waking u up..
....You will get gains... if you dont add in more calories.. but you will get better ones if you had in more....while on your cycle...
 
I'm only gonna be so helpful, I'm a rookie myself. But I eat before bed and have trouble with waking up. Do you take any thing to sleep? I was perscribed Ambien to fix my no sleep it helps for a while but yopu should try melatonin or valerian(SP) root. They help me go down. As far as eating I just finished first cycle. I ate everything literally always eating gained good off just low mg deca that way. good luck man!
 
Stop doing so much cardio. I promise that it's the answer to all your problems.

Add more protein.
Steroids only increase protein synthesis. If you don't have enough you're wasting the gear.

I agree with this. You can't do both.

But the good news is with Sust and dbol by weeks 5-6 the leg pumps will be so bad you won't be able to run more than 1/2 a mile before you're crying like a little girl. :)
 
Not sure what the goal is here. I assume it is to gain LBM - in order to do that on gear you have to eat. Alot. Drop the cardio and leave it for a cutting cycle. Eat 20x your lean body weight/day. Work out hard, and get good rest. You will grow.

Ok...like I said,i itll be the hardest part........If I can somehow continue to eat late night and night feel like I have to do at least 20mins of cardio in the am, I'm $$,.............but, I just dont know HOW to beat the system.........
 
Maybe you could skip the cardio in the am, but use that time to pump your iron.
I bet that will make you feel better during the day.

20mins of brisk walking (as cardio)

I had no problem gaining 30 in 10 weeks WITHOUT roids

it's not too bad actualy bro....the say the most LEAN mass obtainable is 1.5-2lbs/ week........I'd take 20-22lbs of muscle and 8-10 lbs of water/fat over 10 weeks......
 
stop being such a newb, that will solve all your problems... just playin bro. i used to love doing cardio for a while but that was before my cycle. i can understand doing that if you want to keep your metabolism up, or doing cardio as a warm up to get your body limber etc, but perhaps you should speed-walk or do a light jog instead (assuming that you run or jog fast paced). but then again, my legs and thighs looked the best that they ever have when i jogged all the time, but im gonna pimp the bicycle when i go on my diet soon, maybe the stairmaster too. i also have the same problem sleeping at night, i always wake up for a few minutes... it sucks, and i always have trouble falling asleep. im going to try taking melatonin, i gotta get down to the vitamin store tomorrow and pick some up. i think youre supposed to take a litlte bit (forgot howmuch, maybe like 5mg?) at the exact same time every night, a half hour before you go to bed. anyway, good luck sorting out your difficulties. on a closing note, ronnie coleman (according to his videos) walks/stairmasters for an hour every morning and an hour right before bed everynight- im assuming its to help keep his legs in good form and to help his metabolism.
