you have so many great food options while bulking, you shouldn't have to force down tuna.
buy some nice tuna steaks - season them with salt & pepper, chopped rosemary and olive oil - and sear them in a pan until they're nice and brown, but still red inside....much better than canned tuna.
buy cans of chicken and mix it with some mayo, walnuts, dried cranberries or grapes, and onions and roll it up in some big lettuce leaves (to cut out carbs) or lo-carb tortillas.
