This board is getting rediculously slow

I'm getting fed up. For it to slow down once in awhile is understandable. But this is an everyday thing. What has changed?

I just signed up for platinum last night -- but I'm considering asking for a refund if its going to be this slow. I'm on T1 at work and cable at home, but it feels like a 14.4 modem connection.

Whats the deal?
