Third cycle help

Hey guys need advice on 3rd cycle.
First was Test E 500mg a wk ten wks - good results
Second was Test E 500 mg a wk & EQ 400 mg a wk 12 wks - good results
AIs and PCTs included in both cycles.
After my last cycle which has been about 10 months I had a little accident. Was doing some extreme tubing behind a boat. My buddies in the boat coudnt throw me out of the tube. I didnt help any by telling them there was no way I was coming out (Juice makes you feel like superman you know). So needless to say at speeds more than 60 mile an hour I finally came out. I dont know if you guys ever hit water from 8 feet in the air going 60 miles an hour, but it makes you realize your not made of steel. After being air lifted to the hospital and almost dying realization set in. I woke up with collapsed lungs, tubes in my side, and 6 broke ribs. So, needless to say stats are about the same as they were before my last cycle. Due to months of recovery and no working out (doctors orders). Doc said not to for a year, but Im feeling good now every thing seems to be OK. Ive started working out litely with low weight and high reps. Also, after last cycle discovered I have high BP. Genetic Doc says. Otherwise in perfect health. Stats are, age 36, Weight 210, Height 6ft. I would guess bodyfat % around 12-14%. Wanted some advice on third cycle. A compound thats not going to mess to bad with BP. I tried to lower bp without med, but doc says its genetic. Anyway what do you guys think?? Thought about just Test only just a little higher dose. Thanks to all who respond.

how soon are you going to start this 3rd cycle?

i honestly would wait awhile. at least until you are fully recovered and back to lifting heavier. with all that time off, you should grow nicely as it will be a shock to the body.

i would stay away from var and dbol. they seem to make my bp rise up. i would go back to your first cycle of 500 mg ew when u r finally ready. if u need a kickstart u could use a very low dose of test prop eod. also take regular bp readings to keep an eye on it.

It also makes you realize how stupid your friends are that wouldn't realize you could have been killed. Anyway.

Your BP MAY be genetic, but it really is almost always curable through diet modification. One major factor of course is alcohol consumption. But assuming that is under control possibly sodium although it has been found that too much emphasis has been placed on sodium and BP. Although it is a factor.

What diet do you follow right now? Meal by meal.

I would watch any compound that can promote a lot of water retention. So it would also seem like a good idea to use a natural diuretic while on to keep that too a minimum.

I always beat the lower carb/high fat drum to no avail around here. Automatically people assume I mean under 30g of carbs per day. But really I get about 200 per day bulking and 100-150 per day cutting. I find that keeping carbs lower and sticking closer to carbs that are ready to eat straight from nature and keeping up my good fats, that my cholesterol, triglycerides, BP, energy, natural test levels, joint comfort, and sleep are all better.

I do eat saturated fats in moderation as long is it is from unprocessed meats. So that sat fat from sirloin I don't worry about at all. The benefit to HDL is greater than any negative to LDL from that.

Just some things to think about.

Going to keep workouts lite for about 2 months. Then Im going full force. I wil start a cycle then. Probably will just go with Test 500mg ew, and add the prop. Great advice . Thanks

I quit drinking and salt. Never drank that much anyway. As far as diet goes I am actually on a high protien low carb diet. I guess its more like a life style now with High BP and age. It consist mainly of fruits, vegys, fish, chicken and lots water. BP still runs high without meds. Doc says Im doing every thing right. Been doing alot of walking too about 5 mi a day. Its just one of those things I guess.
