It is supposed to help with spot reduction, removing some fo the excess water from a heavy cycle.

its only good when prepping for a show to get that last bit of water out in stubborn areas. unless you re in the 4%bf region forget it.

That is what I imagined. Nothing beats a clean diet and hard work on the treadmill.
