I was wondering what's the best ones to bring someone new in on steroids? I'm intaking roughly 200-250g of protein a day, I lift 5 days a week for roughly 75 minutes a day. I was losing weight but now I have my diet set at about 2200 calories to continue to lose fat but now I'm interesting in gaining muscle. Since my wife doesn't want me weighing too little and having a 6pack, she likes some belly fat for some odd reason, I'm going to go ahead and work on my muscle mass.
