Thinking of getting fat

Shooting for about 300, will see how things go. Haven't exercised in almost two months and eating whatever I want. I think I lost weight though wtf.


What should I eat to gain weight, I wanna see what it's like to be fat.

Sounds good. I wanna get fat but not feel like shit though getting there. I'm sure I'd be disgusted if I ate too much fast food.

just eat allot ...and eat late (right before you sleep)

then drink more beer

stop working out

make sure to sit around for at least 4 hours after each meal ...then take a nap


if you must do something ...play a video game

I played videogames all my teens and was always in shape. I ate a lot of crap too. Was skinny but then started working out in college. Stopped playing vg's for a while. vg's don't matter. I went half a year without vg's and tv too to boot, worked out, ran and tried to eat right and nothing changed so fuck it. I'll do whatever.
 
:Chef: pizza and beer pushed me over the 3oolb mark @ 5'10" what a mess, it was fun though!
 
i think i have a better chance at weighing 400lbs. before i bench it again. it's much easier and more enjoyable to sit and relax and have dozens of cold drinks. ahhh. and lol @ whoever is going to argue with me. you fuckers spend 15 or 16 hours a day on this site, none of you workout.

Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, homefries w/sausage gravy, biscuit w/real butter and chase it with one of those hi-cal cappucino's, Lunch: Lasagna, garlic bread, antipasto (heavy on the meat and cheese) and chase it with a chocolate malt (monster-size) from Dairy Queen, Dinner: Buffalo wings w/ blue cheese, pizza (extra pepperoni, extra cheese) and chase it with full-strength Budweiser.

Eat like this everyday and in a few months you'll be a big, fat bastard. :)
 
Just eat fast food supersized everyday. You'll be fat and lose about 5 years off of your life in no time. ;-)
 
Just be sure to combine low-quality carbs with saturated fats in every meal.

Some of you guys are posting some funny shit too, lol.
 
I had two D' Angelo's steak sandwiches for dinner.

2 jelly donuts for breakfast, some potato chips, 6 cans of coke.

And I skipped cardio for the 127th day in a row.

Please keep us updated with your weight gain numbers. We can fine-tune the diet as you begin to approach your goal.

Become a fat bastard and then get shredded with before and after pics then endorse some lame diet for profit.
