I am on week 6 of sus and deca with about 4 weeks of dbol added the second week which brings me to now. My prob is that my lower back which has always been way fucked up is giving me grief again and I need to start lowering my weights I think and start watching my back. I want to quit the dbol anyhow because of the splitting headaches and heartburn. I figure 4 weeks is enough anyways. I am also out of sus for another week but figure I will just dump the sus and deca for the next 6 weeks and end my cycle with 6 weeks of winny and EQ so I can maybe harden up a bit while losing a little weight to help my back out. What would be the best way to do this? I would be drinking the winny at say 100mg daily and eq at 400 weekly. Does this sound like it would work out ok? I really need to slack off on the heavy weight during workouts though. I pushed my back to far and now I am going to have to baby it for quite awhile. I guess now is a good time to start cutting down. Any help much appreciated on either my doses, diet, cardio, etc..please advise if you have somthing to add..help a bro out...
