Thinking I need to change up. Would this work?

I am on week 6 of sus and deca with about 4 weeks of dbol added the second week which brings me to now. My prob is that my lower back which has always been way fucked up is giving me grief again and I need to start lowering my weights I think and start watching my back. I want to quit the dbol anyhow because of the splitting headaches and heartburn. I figure 4 weeks is enough anyways. I am also out of sus for another week but figure I will just dump the sus and deca for the next 6 weeks and end my cycle with 6 weeks of winny and EQ so I can maybe harden up a bit while losing a little weight to help my back out. What would be the best way to do this? I would be drinking the winny at say 100mg daily and eq at 400 weekly. Does this sound like it would work out ok? I really need to slack off on the heavy weight during workouts though. I pushed my back to far and now I am going to have to baby it for quite awhile. I guess now is a good time to start cutting down. Any help much appreciated on either my doses, diet, cardio, etc..please advise if you have somthing to add..help a bro out...
 
dropping the poundages is never a big deal, i find that its not the weights you use its the intensity (just my opinion). dbol seems to cause lower back problems with many, id keep the rep range between 10-12...i grow best there anyhow, just make sure theyre to failure.....stay away from lower back crushers (deadlifts, deep squatting, maybe even stiff legged deads), or at least cut back a bit on em, always something to replace them with
 
cardio is always good bro...im starting my cutting diet now and shit. But anyhow, are you familiar with 100mg of winny? i know your joints are going to hurt like hell...so maybe staying with deca would lessen the joint pain, but then again maybe you don't want to run deca alone without test cause of deca dick...anyhow, cardio can only help. if you want to stop the heavy weights, do so, just maintain your strength at least, and do lighter weights till failure. Add in a single ester Test such as Prop, Cyp or Enanthate combined with Winny and Deca. That's a great combo for adding good solid muscle and the Deca will keep your joints feeling great while on that Winny. IMO Test should be in every cycle no matter what the goal is :) Good luck bud!
