Thinking about EQ cycle - does this look ok???

W3 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W4 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W5 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W6 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W7 -- 400 - 500 - 50/d.
W8 -- 400 - 500 --------
W9 -- 400 - 500 --------
W10 - 400 - 500 -------

Is it ok to run armidex throughout the cycle to minimize the chances of getting gyno.

Any other advice on dosage or anything else would be appriciated.

Mentor your cycle looks good. Using arimidex would be fine throughout your cycle. Winny rarely aromatizes and EQ slightly aromatizes, but the test with definitely aromatize. Use .25 mg arimidex ed. That will prevent water retention and gyno. Then clomid therapy 3 weeks after your last shot of test. Best of luck.

Yes, I would use armidex, I ususally don't start using it till around the 3 or fourth week. I would take .25ed, or 1/2 a tab eod. The cycle looks real good to me. For me eq and test don't put much water on me, so as far as holding lots of water I don't feel like you have to worry, deca adds lots of water from my own experience. You shouldn't get gyno with that cycle.

that's almost like my next cycle except i added fina at 75mg eod for wks 1-3, 75mg ed for wks 4-7, 75mg eod wk8-9. i 'm doing the winny from wks 5-10 and adding 5-10 iu of insulin post workout on wks 1-5.

Clomid is better for post cycle to get your natural test going again. The cycle looks very nice and you should be happy with your results. Yes it is okay to use Arimidex through out, .25mg/Day through out would be a good dose.
