Thinking about coming off early

Im about 3.5 weeks into the bulking part of my cycle, did a cutter for 8 weeks prior but got sick at the end and dropped down to under 190,Im now back to where I was but just have gotten so busy I dont have time to eat right to bulk,or hit the gym as much as I want

and In the summer I kayak a ton and my head just hasnt been in the bodybuilding state of mind

so what I am thinking is I may come off totally and concentrate on lifting 3 times a week with my cardio being kayaking and diet for the entire summer and bulk come fall when I have time

or finish this and go the full 18 weeks just switch up to a cutter like I was doing before?

what do you guys think? bulking just isnt feasable here and Im just below 200lbs as of last week before I got super busy and couldnt get all my meals in

i would say stop now and when you got time to back into it giver. good luck on everything bro.

thanks bro I appreciate it,I have time to lift just with warm weather here force feeding sucks, and I like to kayak, and doing that ed plus a summer job doesnt allow that and then I dont grow

damn this fucked up body

thats true, plus I could probably use to diet down Im about 16% bf anyway

coming off is going to suck as all my lifts go down thats for sure

Yup, it gets a little harder to keep your training schedule through the summer. I'm also going to the gym a little less for now. I think it is good to slow it down for awhile.

I hate when that happens, and its easy for it to happen in the summer. You have to remeber that there are other points to life. I think that its good that you are even considering coming off with the conditions. Many people would still run their juice even if they werent in to it and training wasnt 100%

I have been out of the gym for almost 1 month now, and I cant freakin take it anymore. I feel like I am shrinking every day. First I foo'd up my back for 2 weeks doing deads, now i have been very sick for the last 2 weeks, its quite depressing, seeing as how I was supposed to start my cycle 3 wks ago. Now I am gonna have to start over and build my strength back up before hiting the cycle. You see ... the grass always looks greener on the other side.

Im sure its just a phase, but I always come back to my first love lol,it sucks because I was doing so good,my back grew like mad these last few weeks, stretch marks and all
but I wont run gear just to run it unless I give it my all, just a waste imo

good luck getting back on track mavy

Definitely put it on the backburner if you can only make it into the gym 3 times a week. At least you are bright enough to recognize that your focus is elsewhere!!! Enjoy your kayaking and live up the nice weather!

I agree with everyone here...I think it's good that you're actually considering stopping early. Sort of refreshing after hearing all the spring breakers on here recently saying they had everything all planned out, but now they want to stay on longer because it feels so good. Then they come here and want someone to tell them what they want to hear...annoying.

Anyways bro...do whatever you think is right. Your first instinct is usually the right one...and the fact that you're here asking this question probably means your gut feeling is to hop off the cycle and hit it back up in the fall.

Definitely the right thing to do bro, follow good reasoning and sense. You can go back on when your sure you'll be able to give it your all with spot-on training and eating and the results will be even better than if you were to push yourself through it now. Plus a little break never hurt anyway, I say come off and maintain your weight all through summer with proper eating and cardio 2-3X a week and you might even drop some more BF in the process. I have been cutting for about 9 weeks not, I was suppossed to end at 8, but I told myself 10 weeks just to solidify theis cycle and no more after planning to extend my cut for 12. Yeah I could be leaner but who cares, I reached my goal already and I already lost some size while cutting w/ AAS but I am damn lean as oppossed to before and I look forward to coming off and staying natural for a looooong time to let my body recover and make some good, solid and natural gains. I actually can't wait for this cycle to end so I can maintain already and be AAS free well into next year when I will hit 2 bulkers hard! I realized that being on for extended periods of time isn't important, when your body feels like coming off, come off, dont push yourself through anymore.

ya I think I may just be getting burned out since Ive been on since middle of febuary, Im sure it will be good for me to back down and just hit weights 3-4 times a week with cardio when I can

Even just three times a week is fine, with a basic split focused on compound movements, nothing works better than the basics. You'll maintain and might even add some LBM in the process. IMO training 4 or more times a week should be reserved for when your on AAS or are a very, very advanced lifter and have years of training experience.

I agree,I usally only split it up some so I can give shoulders and calves a day of there own to really blast the hell out of them since they need alot of work

hey man. ya you migh lose what you lifted before but it will give you a new challenge to gain it all back. looks like you have the willpower bro.good luck

I plan to back off about 20% till I know I can hit the big ones again,I am gonna run this dbol till I start pct as I still have 1 week as of this fri before I can start it

thanks for the support guys,Im sure things will workout
