I've used Clen 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years and each time I know it's working when I start getting the tell tale cramps. finger cramps, leg cramps, you name it.
no ramp up, just start at 5 tabs a day, no more than 6, hit it for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off. First time I used it, dropped 14# over the same time frame, course I had a good diet, strict discipline and diehard workouts with cardio. There's no substitution for hard work.
As to fluids, I drink about 2 gal a day anyhow, still got cramping, it only lasts 3 days while your receptors acclimate to the stimulation, I count it as the price of doing Clen and getting the results. If you can survive the cramps, you'll love the results (remember diet, diet,diet....did I say diet?)
