thinking about a cycle of TEST E, need advice plz

mrob...

New member
Age:25
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 165
BF: 13-16%
This will be my first cycle..

Been lifting for a while now trying to add mass but having a heck of a time doing it.. I have tried all different types of supplements from all different companys with minimal to no results.. Been working out 2 to 3 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week and seeing basically no gains.. Thinking about starting a TEST E cycle looking for advice on that, the cycle I have decided on if I do cycle is 12 weeks and is as follows:

Weeks 1-10
500 Mg TEST E per week
.25 Mg Arimidex every other day
and I need to add Clomid I think but not sure how much or frequency???

Week 11
300 Mg TEST E
.25 Mg Arimidex every other day
??Clomid??

Week 12
200 Mg TEST E
.25 Mg Arimidex every other day
??Clomid??

Would also appreciate a PCT cycle.. if you need any more info let me know, but I think I got it all in there

6'1 and 165 lbs with your body fat...a cycle is not what you need. Head over to the diet and training sections for some help.

Yes. Working out that much would require an enormous amount of calories just for maintenance. It would be best to refine your training and figure out how many calories you need to bulk and get that going till you see some results. AS can give you an edge to move forward, but it is best, IMO, to to have everything else in place first.

my friend, i realize this is probably not what you came to here but its the proper information... you are just simply not ready for a cycle bro... you are so far undersized... I have been in the same weight and height as you and I looked so scary skinny... I mean, pushin anorexic looking bro... you need to get your weight up the right way first because you are in no condition for any sort of cycle... go to the diet section, post your diet and your goals and get going in the right direction...

Thats just an estimation of BF%. Not sure what the correct formula is but that came from an online BF% calculator

BF really doesn't matter with your height & weight, no cycle

Bro you need to run a cycle of force feeding. Gain about 30 lbs then consider juice.

Bro I eat like mad! I intake between 4000 and 6000 calories on a rest day and around 9000 on a work out day, not to mention mass amounts of proteins, carbs, omega 3's and so on.. I eat 6 full meals a day 7 days a week and snack all day between meals.. cant pack on any pounds to convert to muscle thats why I was thinking about this route..

Post diet. At 9000 cals a day you should be damn near 300lbs. I outweigh you by 80 lbs and dont eat anywhere near 9000 cals.

Crap sorry. Accidentally hit submit.. calling a do over lol

1st - 6 whole eggs, 3 whites, 4 pcs buttered whole wheat bread, 2-3 cups 2% milk.

2nd - 1.5 cups oats w/ 1 scoop whey and 3 Tbsp Peanut butter, 2-3 cups 2% milk

3rd - (2) 8 oz. Chicken breasts, 1 banana, approx. 1 cup mixed fruit

4th - a home made shake made with.. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 4 Tbsp peanut butter, 4 Tbsp chocolate syrup, 1.5 cups chocolate ice cream.

5th - same as 4th

6th - 16 oz. 80% lean steak out of my pasture, large sweet potato w/butter and low fat cheese, salad and 2-3 cups 2% milk

Snacks varied but things like: high calorie protein bars (not sure if i can mention names on here..), granola bars, Oatmeal bars and cookies, peanut butter crackers, fruits, dry raisin bran cereal, things like that

If you want cal stats for each meal I can tell u what I have them figured for.

Ya thats definitely not 9000 cals. I am also seeing alot of crap, instead of solid food. Shakes are a suppliment and your diet shouldnt depend on them. At most I would only consume 2 shakes a day, preferably just one. Whole foods are the key to gaining weight. Instead of 6 eggs you should be eating 12. Along with 6 pancakes with penut butter on top for breakfast. You can wash it down with milk and water. I would strive to eat 1-2 lbs of lean ground beef a day. You can make chilli or hamburger helper with it. Throw in several cups of brown rice and bean with the chilli. Your bulking so the extra fat wont hurt. I would eat 1-2 12 oz steaks a day. Eat one with a sweet potato, and one with a baked potato after training. I would eat 18-24 oz of grilled chicken a day with more brown rice. Try and get atleast 350 grams of protein from food, and another 50 from a shake. Take in as many good carbs as you can early in the day, save the faster burning ones for after training. The key is to eat real food. Whipped cream is a nice addition to a bulking shake, but shouldnt account for most of your cals. Strive to eat 8 meals a day, you can add a shake but it doesnt count as a meal.
