Some farmboys are nuts man. I have seen a guy who is 17, (total farmboy character) start training. After 6 months he could bench 285 for 6-8 reps. His diet consisted of just eating a lot of basic foods. Oats, tuna, rice, red meat, etc. No supplements, no shakes, no nothing.
