think i'm getting gyno. need help fast

ok i'm 3wks into my cycle. which is
500mg of sust a wk for 8 wks
400mg of deca a wk for 8 wks
30mg of d-bol a day for 6wks.
i guess my worry is getting gyno. maybe i'm just paranoid but i don't know exactly where to touch to check for gyno. is there some site that shows how to check. my nipples don't itch but when i flex my chest the upper and middle part of my chest is hard. but the bottom where the nipple is is flabby.
maybe it's just fat i'm just worried need help. i'm been taking 10mg of nolva since wk 2. should i bump it up to 20mg. would really appreciate any input. thanks

Im no expert but if they feel itchy, are sore to the touch or you feel a lump under your skin when you pinch the outline of your nipples you may well have gyno.

As for what to take I have no idea, id use the SEARCH feature to search for 'Gyno' topics.

My friends nipples are huge! They are always hard like when you get a bitch excited. His build is incredible, but those nipples are a sight for sore eyes. Is this a form of gyno?

Game, if your nipple area gets bigger

then that's a sign that your estrogen levels are too high.
If your nipple area is small or smaller then usual then you have nothing to worry about. Also, not feeling anything is a good sign.
The Nolva does not work for Deca.

At 400mg of Deca, unless you are really prone, you don't have anything to worry about. You sound like you are carrying some extra water and a little flab on the chest. Probably nothing to worry about.

Lift your arm up and feel the chest/nipple area. If you dont feel a lump the size of a Skittle or a marble you are fine. You have nolvadex for the Test, but Jeff is right it's not going to work for the Deca.

You'll feel it when you start to get gyno, there's no mistaking it. Probably 'Gyno Paranoia'..Relax.

Sounds just like you're retaining a little water and/or fat. You should expect your nips to be a little swollen when on AS as your estrogen levels will more than likely be higher. I have no lump, no pain, no nothing really. My nips were a bit big to begin with I think and I haven't noticed a change in size really. Sometimes my nips get hard as well but not all or even the majority of the time. Hope that helps dude.

I would try nolva at 20 mg. a day for a few days. If it is not working to your satisfaction then try 30, but I find that 20 works a hell of alot better than 10, for me anyway.

If it gets worse, you may want to consider dropping the D-bol, as it has very high estrogen conversion.
