Think I am too fat to start bulking cycle?

I know bro, I do cardio every other day. :)

He(small but working on it) said that he didn't think you where supposed to do cardio while on a cycle. I always do cardio, whether I'm bulking or cutting.

I used to only hit the weights, but doing cardio really helps me from being winded when I do hit the weights.

I don't fast at night though, maybe I will once I start cutting, it sounds like a good idea.
 
I would post your diet... let the bros take a look at it. We will help where we can.
At 30.. I wouldn't go for a strait bulk cycle. I think you can put on size and lose bf with a good diet, a basic cycle, and moderate cardio.
Being your first injectable cycle... I would say just run test at 500mgs a week for ten weeks. If you really want to add something else in try EQ at 400mgs a week for ten weeks.
I think you will be happier seeing more than two abs and some serious muscle definition (not to mention the extra muscle) from the cycle listed above.

So, you think I should drop the dbol? I am afraid that I will swell up and look like hootie and the blowfish.I did a little dbol before and no adex and I started to swell up some. I hate that look. I just figured with the arimidex, .5daily, I would be able to combat the bloat.I would really like to get to about 205 lbs solid with about 10%bf. So, you think the omna and eq? anyone else suggestions?
 
I`m 36 and just finished an 11 week Test En and Dbol cycle. I started at around 15% who knows... Unlike you, I don`t mind the bloated look of the D-bol, I loved it! I did have to start Nolva and Adex because of tingling in the nipples though which made my progress halt pretty quickly and I never really got back on track after that.

Went from 230 pounds to 250. Just finished and starting to go down a little but I know I can do bettr with the next one. Handling the sides in my situation proved to be VERY important in the grand scheme of things.

Bottom line really, I think you should go for it. You`re workouts become a lot better while on and your recovery as well. You`ll get a renewed sense of accomplishment or something and get psyched to wo and eat right. IMO you should go for it. Then again, I did`nt mind the bloat (from D-bol), but you stated you did. Dbol helps a lot with strength though, can`t say enough good things about it after my first time!!! good luck
 
Hey small but working on it, bro I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard for me to lose BF and trust me I had just as much as you maybe more. My first cycle I did was just test200, one shot a week, and I did no cardio. I had good results. I bulked up and I didn't look fat, my stomach was flat and I had so many compliments. I wouldn't worry about loosing the BF first just go for it and work hard, eat right, and you'll get what you're looking for. Trust me I know.
 
thanks for the advice guys. I think I will get going on this pretty soon. I will try to knock down 3 or 4 lbs if I can and then I will hit the test/dbol. I will incorporate some cardio(empty stomach) in the mornings 3 or 4 days wk for 45 minutes. any more suggestions ? :)
