from EW. Trying to pull it off the top of my head before getting the mag out of the car again.
#1 While bulking up for his role (haha) Colin had a rib to seperate from his sternum and two discs in his back herniated. (no doubt from bouncing the bar off his chest to push that 135lbs up.)
#2 While getting Colin and Jamie ready for action on the water, the director had them doing mock dope runs in the boat, complete with fake dope (in bricks) and fake stacks of $$. Five miles off the coast of Miami the Coast Guard intercepted them and Colin and Jamie thinking it was part of the practice run decided to outrun / outmanuevr them. Certainly not a good idea as when caught the fake dope and fake money certainly made them even more of a puzzle. Lucky the director arrived to clear things up.
#3 Mann the director banned the color red from the entire movie completely. (what about blood?)
#4 In the first 105 days of filming, 100 crew members quit.
#5 Jamie Foxx arrived in Santa Domingo for shooting a scene, was there one day when he was approached by a man with a real gun who spoke a few words to him and left. Jamie immediately left Domingo and stated he can never do filming there or in Paraquay. When asked about it in a different interview, Jamie stated "there are somethings you talk about and somethings you don't." And would not address the issue further or answer any other questions regarding it.
