Things to take/not to take while on T3

Many experts recommend you take vitamins or supplements with iron at least two to three hours apart from thyroid hormone. Iron can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption if taken too close together.
Be careful about taking calcium and calcium-fortified orange juice at the same time as thyroid hormone. Allow at least 2-3 hours apart, so absorption is not affected.
Don't take antacids within two hours of thyroid hormone. Allow at least 2-3 hours apart, so absorption is not affected.
Watch for interactions with antidepressants & thyroid hormone. Zoloft, Paxil and Prozac can make thyroid meds more or less effective. That about covers it! ~

Do you have this saved to your hardrive and just paste it whenever a T3 Question comes up.. ;) you the man...

would taking something 7-ohn (sp) be enough to fight muscle loss?

so other than watching when you take iron, calcium, anti depressants and antacids, there's nothing you should definately supplement along with the T3? such as clen requiring taurine.

Ive never has any sides from T3 except dripping sweat, I would not think, or have heard of any supps you should take along with T3.

no, never would, I cherish my muscle and really wouldnt want to lose any of it. I have felt muscle loss even with light AS and high protien.
