when you hvae a taste for sugar?

normally, ill eat anything :) but im testing myself to see how much fat i can burn off. ive been doin cario (stairmaster/eliptical) for 2 weeks 30 min sessions 3 x a week after lifting.. its goin good... ive also cut out crap like pop, candy and chips, beer especially. i still eat alot, 4-5 times a day but more healthy.

what are some good things to snack on, that taste good and rnt shitty quality...

i get the sugar cravings, so should i eat fruit?

or protien like cocktail shrimp, seeing thats easy to prepare.

thats the other thing, i want it to be fast.

w/e you guys snack on when ur 'cutting' ill give a try...
 
If you are simply talking quick snacks , my favorites right now are Sugar Free Jello Cups (10 cals per cup) , Golean Kashi Crunch Bars ,the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss is Fabulous- (170 per bar) , Knudsen Cottage Cheese on the GO (80 cal per cup) and
No Sugar Added Applesauce Fruit Cups (50 cals) , in addition to whole fruit , and nuts.
